Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 10th day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Martins Buildings Limited be liquidated and that Gregory John Anderson, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2000.
