Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 2nd day of November 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Makes Sense Limited be liquidated and that Susan Ennis Thomson, of Wellington, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of November 1998.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator fixes the 8th day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
