Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 26th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Purdon Holdings Limited be liquidated and that David Bennett, chartered accountant of Bennett Currie Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of
February 2000.
