Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed by the shareholders as joint and several liquidators of Mallsouth Farmacy Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Geniene Koningham at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland or on telephone No. (09) 355 8713.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
17th day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: The above company was placed into receivership on the 1st day of August 1996. The receivers changed the company's name to Mallsouth Farmacy Limited (in receivership) in September 1996, prior to the business being sold. Any claims by creditors in the liquidation must be for debts incurred prior to 1 August 1996.
