Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on the 4th day of April 2000, when the members appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Mark Lawrence liquidators jointly and severally, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
