Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court, Napier on the 2nd day of March 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Bon Gar Company Limited.
