Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Andrews Roading Contractors Limited be liquidated and that Michael Honiss, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of March 2000.
The company is solvent and the liquidation is to facilitate asset restructuring.
