Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 14th day of December 1999 in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and John Alexander Delugar, of Auckland, solicitor, was appointed liquidator with effect from 4.00 p.m. on the 14th day of December 1999.
