Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cook & Lister Limited be liquidated and that Robert J. Pitcairn, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of February 2000.
