Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
John David Naylor and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Palmerston North and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Shortalls Pharmacy Limited by special resolution of the directors on the 29th day of February 2000, the date the liquidation commenced.
