David Vance, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Supertex Industries Limited (in liquidation) on the 14th day of February 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 22nd day of March 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
