Public Notice of Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 The board of directors of Radio Otago Limited give notice that, subject to shareholder consent, it is proposed that on the 1st day of August 1999, Radio Otago Limited will amalgamate with Radio Pacific Limited under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Radio Otago Limited or Radio Pacific Limited (``the amalgamating companies'') or by any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours. Such Registered Offices are: (a) Radio Otago Limited, 248 Cumberland Street, Dunedin. (b) Radio Pacific Limited, Fountain Court, corner of Jervois and St Marys Bay Roads, Ponsonby, Auckland. A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
