Palmers Concrete Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies The board of directors of Palmers Concrete Limited (``Concrete''), gives public notice of the proposed amalgamation of Concrete and Palmer & Son Limited (``Palmer & Son'') under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993. The proposed amalgamation will result in the amalgamating companies continuing as one company which will be Palmer & Son. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of Concrete or Palmer & Son or any person to whom Concrete or Palmer & Son are under an obligation at the registered office of Concrete or Palmer & Son, Logans Point Quarry, Dunedin, during normal business hours. A member or creditor of Concrete or Palmer & Son or any person to whom Concrete or Palmer & Son is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Concrete or Palmer & Son.
