Palmer & Son Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies The board of directors of Palmer & Son Limited (``Palmer & Son''), gives public notice of the proposed amalgamation of Palmer & Son and Palmers Concrete Limited (``Concrete'') under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993. The proposed amalgamation will result in the amalgamating companies continuing as one company which will be Palmer & Son. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of Palmer & Son or Concrete or any person to whom Palmer & Son or Concrete are under an obligation at the registered office of Palmer & Son or Concrete, Logans Point Quarry, Dunedin, during normal business hours. A member or creditor of Palmer & Son or Concrete or any person to whom Palmer & Son or Concrete is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Palmer & Son or Concrete.
