Reservation of Land Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Conservator, Canterbury, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose (amenity) reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said land in the Mackenzie District Council in trust as a local purpose (amenity) reserve. Schedule Canterbury Land District Mackenzie District 4353 square metres, more or less, being Crown land, situated in Block VII, Tengawai Survey District.
