Land Acquired for Road at Stonebridge, Geraldine Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 72 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Canterbury Land District Timaru District 503 square metres, being part Lot 4, D.P. 17620; shown as ``A'' on S.O. Plan 13085, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
