Setting Apart Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to sections 338 (1) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land as described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the purpose of a recreation ground or place for cultural, historical or scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati Whakaue and the people of New Zealand at large in general.
