Reduction in Marginal Strip Pursuant to section 24a (2) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby approves the reduction in width of the marginal strip required on the disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto, to 3 metres.
