Declaration that Conservation Land Become a Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act, to form part of the Wrights Hill recreation reserve.
