Declaration That Land Held for Conservation Purposes be Included in an Existing Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to delegations from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land held for conservation purposes described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be set apart for a reserve as a site for a children's health camp subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Children's Health Camp Board to form part of the Otaki Children's Health Camp Reserve contained in C.T. 39B/281.
