Amending a Notice Realigning a Road in the District of Masterton Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 November 1998, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1998, No. 187 at page 4414, by: (a) Deleting the words ``Terry John Stanton, farmer of Masterton'' in clauses (b) and (c) in the Head Recital and substituting it with the words ``The Masterton District Council''; and (b) Deleting the word ``Being'' in the Third Schedule and substituting it with the word ``Adjoining''.
