Including Maori Freehold Land into a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, part of the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby included into a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the Gladstone district and their descendants and the descendants of the Maori people who have resided there in the past. Schedule Wellington Land District The part of the piece of land situated in Block XVI, Tiffin Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 3 more or less Part of the land known as Hurunuiorangi X and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 9C, folio 1338, Wellington Land Registry, as shown as Lot 1 on the scheme plan prepared by Tomlinson and Carruthers dated October 1996, and filed in the Taktimu Registry be included into the Maori reservation set aside by way of Gazette notice No. 114, page 2938, dated 10 November 1977.
