Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Recreation Reserve Firstly: Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the minister responsible for the department of State that has control of the part of the land described in the Schedule hereto to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987, does not apply, hereby jointly declare that that part of the land is held for conservation purposes; and Secondly: Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the part of the land in the Schedule hereto to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987 applies, is held for conservation purposes; and the whole area shall hereafter be so held. Further, pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, classified as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act and included in the Morning Star Beach Recreation Reserve.
