Declaring the Disposition of Land to be Exempt from Section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987 Pursuant to section 24b (4) (b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that section 24 of the Conservation Act, which deals with the reservation of marginal strips, shall not apply to the disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto. The land constitutes the Lake Hawea Control Structure Earth Dam and the Gladstone Gap Emergency Spillway and Earth Dam, areas which are required in connection with electricity works. Schedule Otago Land District Queenstown Lakes District 30.0013 hectares, more or less, being Lots 26, D.P. 25173. 11.1332 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 25208.
