(b) declares that, pursuant to sections 116 and 118 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, the road described in the Second Schedule is stopped and vested in the South Wairarapa District Council as esplanade reserve on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
