Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, Classification, Naming and Vesting of a Reserve in the Southland District Council Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Reserves Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987 and further declares the following: (a) That pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the said land shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and (b) That pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the said reserve be classified as a recreation reserve and hereafter known as Dunsdale Recreation Reserve; and (c) That pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the said reserve be vested in the Southland District Council in trust as a recreation reserve subject to the condition that the Southland District Council allows permanent vehicular access across the said reserve to the Crown.
