Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use or Benefit the Maori Reservation is Held Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (d) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of persons for whose use or benefit the Maori reservation is held in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 140, page 3416 of 10 September 1998, is hereby redefined to be held for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.
