Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve Pursuant to section 50a of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land to be held for conservation purposes together with a declaration that the land become a scenic reserve, dated the 11th day of November 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of November 1998, No. 187, page 4411, by omitting from the third line of the Schedule of the said notice ``Sections 31 to 81'' and inserting in its place ``Sections 45 to 81''.
