Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87n of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and granted to Compania Mexicana de Aviacion S.A. de C.V., of Mexico, a Scheduled International Air Service Licence authorising the airline to operate services, with such level of strictly New Zealand-Mexico capacity as is filed with and authorised by the Secretary for Transport, from points in Mexico to any point or points in New Zealand optionally via any point or points and beyond to any point or points, but without traffic rights at the intermediate and beyond points.
