Notice of the Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have varied the scheduled international air service licence issued to Qantas Airways Limited to include Apia as a point to which Qantas may operate beyond services on international flights to or from New Zealand.
