Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to amend the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Thai Airways International to authorise the airline to operate, using any type of aircraft, 5 return services per week between Thailand and New Zealand.
