Prohibition of the Prescribing of Controlled Drugs Pursuant to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of Class B controlleddrugs by Dr Maldev Keshvara, medical practitioner of Huntly.
