Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 9075004964 On the 1st day of September 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Monique Hingaia Wikaire of 404 Willoughby Street, Thames, was convicted and sentenced to 8 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 1 September 1999, following her conviction on 1 September 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the District Court Judge have ordered that a Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle, registration No. JX 1415 be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The Court further ordered, pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, that she be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Thames, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Thames, by 3.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of September 1999.
