Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of August 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Randhir Bahadur Singh of 9A Greerton Drive, Katikati, was convicted and fined $1,200, Court costs $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 65 of the Land Transport Act 1998, from 16 August 1999, following his conviction on 16 August 1999, for an offence of refusing to permit specimen of blood to be taken, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. Watson has ordered that a Mazda 323 motor vehicle, registration No. WU 6212 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Randhir Bahadur Singh, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of August 1999.
