Notice of Intention to Consider Granting an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87e (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an updated application from TransPac Express Limited (formerly Pacific Air Cargo Limited) of Auckland, the Minister of Transport intends to consider granting the company an international air services licence to operate a B727F and/or A300 cargo service on the following routes: Auckland-Brisbane-Auckland Auckland-Noumea-Port Vila-Auckland and Auckland-Tonga-Wallis-Apia-Auckland. Notice of the original application was given in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 August 1998. Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this proposal must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O.
