Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 March 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Helen Fiona Riches, in respect of: Pakuranga Pre-School Centre (25043), situated at 474 Pakuranga Road, Highland Park, Auckland.
