Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 September 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Berneece Lorraine Tait-Spearing in respect of: Peninsula Pre-School (20130), situated at 21 Deluen Avenue, Whangaparaoa.
