Ngatai and R. Paterson, have ordered that a Nissan Navara motor vehicle, registration No. SG 2880 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, John Michael Tuhakaraina, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
