Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 9075004854 On the 22nd day of June 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Shane Hazelden, care of 12 White Street, Whitianga, was convicted and fined and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 26 October 1999, following his conviction on this day for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the District Court Judge has ordered that a 1976 Bedford motor vehicle, registration No. IB 7275 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The Court further orders, pursuant to section 83 (31) Criminal Justice Act 1985, Shane Hazelden be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order.
