O r d e r 1. Title and commencement (1) This order may be cited as the Wellington Polytechnic (Disestablishment and Incorporation in Massey University) Order 1999. (2) This order comes into force on 1 July 1999. 2. Wellington Polytechnic disestablished and incorporated in Massey University The polytechnic that, immediately before the commencement of this order, was known as the Wellington Polytechnic (a) Is disestablished; and (b) Is incorporated in Massey University.
