Thomas has ordered that a Harley Davidson motorcycle, registered No. 22 SRP owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Aaron Richard McGillicuddy, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
