B. Wilson has ordered that a Datsun Sylvia motor vehicle, registration No. JP 9382 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Daniel Mark Connolly, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
