Moana has ordered that a Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, registration No. OS 2534 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, James Michael Daly, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
