Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 9075004145 On the 30th day of March 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Jane Alison Reid, care of Liddels, Main Road, Tapu, was convicted and sentenced to 10 months imprisonment, suspended for 2 years and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, following her conviction today for an offence of excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Burnett has ordered that a Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. JL 4886 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The Court further ordered, pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, that Jane Alison Reid be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order.
