Declaration Terminating a State of Local Civil Defence Emergency Pursuant to section 56 of the Civil Defence Act 1983, I, Yvonne Sharp, hereby terminate the state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of the Far North District on 22 January 1999. The termination of the state of local civil defence emergency shall take effect from the time and date of the making of this declaration at 10.00 a.m. 10 February 1999.
