Reappointment of Disaster Recovery Co-ordinator Pursuant to section 69 (2) of the Civil Defence Act 1983, I, Hon. Jack Elder, Minister of Civil Defence, hereby reappoint Clive Antony Manley as Disaster Recovery Co-ordinator for the Far North District. The powers contained in section 71 (2) and (3) are not conferred as part of this reappointment.
