Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property Pursuant to Sections 104dd and 104ee of the Property Law Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June 1999, William Robert Matthew and David Ian Searle, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, were appointed receivers of income by T.E.A. Custodians (Equitable) Limited, having its registered office at Trustee Executors House, 169 The Terrace, Wellington, the mortgagee under mortgage No. D. 318713.3 (North Auckland Registry) given by South Harbour Investments Limited as mortgagor. Pursuant to that appointment the receivers have, on the 1st day of July 1999, first received income from the mortgaged property situated at 185 Great South Road, Manurewa, Auckland, being legally described as a stratum estate in freehold being Principal Unit U on Unit Plan No. 165359 and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title 99D/476 (North Auckland Registry).
