Collinson & Cunninghame Limited and The Farmers Trading Company (Wellington) Limited Notice of Intention to Remove the Companies From the Register Take notice that it is intended to remove each of Collinson & Cunninghame Limited and The Farmers Trading Company (Wellington) Limited from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that each has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
