Euro Trucks Maintenance Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Euro Trucks Maintenance Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 4th day of June 1999 (being a date not less than 20 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
