Carter, shareholders of Carter & O'Dea Limited, the registered office of which is at 328A Pollen Street, Thames, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the company from the Register. This application is made on the grounds that the company has ceased trading, has discharged its liabilities in full and has distributed its assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
